It's a wonderful day that after 2.5 years we have FINALLY made it to the settlement table! We couldn't have done this first, without an amazing amount of patience from our clients, the help of an incredible attorney, a relentless Title Company & the Transactions Coordinator here at Cash Now Philly.

We helped the family hire an estate attorney to work through estate issues, deed transfers, deceased family members, out of state family members, uncooperative family members, old mortgages and so on and so forth ALL during Covid when the court system (amongst everything else) has been completely virtual and behind.

This settlement was bittersweet! After working with this family for over 2 years it was weird to say at the settlement table that we had finally reached the finish line and wouldn't be chatting on a weekly basis. Although we are SO excited to see the family finally get this finished, there were so many times we thought the day just wouldn't come with so many road blocks. But nonetheless, we got it done.
