Steamboat Group CEO Angel Cruz is excited to attend the Target Markets Program Administrators Association (TMPAA) 25th Annual Summit on October 20-22, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona!

Angel will be joined by OSC leadership at the summit, including OSC President Keith Gilroy and EVP José Perez de Corcho. Steamboat Group is thrilled to welcome award-winning technology leader Matthew Maddox to the team as Chief Technology and Product Officer!

Matthew will oversee infrastructure, systems, and security, along with internal and external support services. He is charged with collaborating closely with leadership across multiple companies, internal departments, external vendors, and customers to execute strategic initiatives.

Matthew has managed teams at various executive levels over the past two decades, including as Chief Information Officer and VP of Technology and Product. He has served on many industry advisory boards and held leadership and mentorship roles across the state of Georgia, including serving as an advisory board member for the Insurance Technology Association.

Matthew’s goal for his new role at Steamboat Group is to ensure technology consistently delivers meaningful value by elevating daily operational activities into strategic refinement, competitive positioning, and innovative product development.
