😂 I guess when your team decides it’s Boss’s Day, you don’t get much of a say!

My team literally barged into my office, refused to take NO for an answer, and told me we were going to lunch. And not only did they take me out, they PAID for the whole thing! ❤️

We headed over to Jen's Bistro, one of our locally owned favorites, and had an awesome time together!

I spend a lot of time talking about how important it is to take care of people, but moments like this remind me how lucky I am to have a team that genuinely cares about each other.

At Zach Pruitt State Farm, we talk a lot about PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE. I get to see that in action every single day, not just with our customers, but with the people standing right beside me.

I'm incredibly thankful for this crew. They work hard, care about our customers, and somehow still find ways to keep me on my toes. 😂

And apparently, on Boss’s Day, the boss doesn’t get a vote!

Thank you, team. You made my day! ❤️

And if you haven't checked out Jens Bistro, make sure you show some love to our locally owned businesses!

🚨 250 FIVE STAR GOOGLE REVIEWS!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

250 times, someone took a moment out of their day to say something kind about our team. And honestly, that means MORE to us than you know. ❤️

When we opened Zach Pruitt State Farm, our goal was simple. Help people. Take care of families. Be the kind of insurance agency you can actually count on when life happens.

Today, 250 five star reviews later, we're reminded why we do what we do. This has NEVER just been about insurance. It's about PEOPLE. It's about showing up, answering the phone, helping through the hard stuff, and treating you like family.

To every single person who trusted us, left us a review, referred a friend, or supported our team along the way... THANK YOU! 🙌

We're proud to be part of this community, and we're just getting started! 🔥

250 down. Life time of taking care of customers, to go! ❤️

People helping people. Every single day.

🎃 FRIGHT NIGHT ON MAIN STREET! 👻

If you’re looking for something fun to do, get out and support our local community at Fright Night on Main Street!

We’re talking TONS of local vendors, fantastic food, Halloween fun, and even a HAUNTED TUNNEL! 😳

This is what makes our community special. Local businesses, families, and organizations coming together to create something fun for everyone.

At Zach Pruitt State Farm, we believe in People Helping People, and that means showing up, supporting local, and celebrating the people who make our community such a great place to call home. ❤️

🏡 HEY KENDALLVILLE! LET’S TALK ABOUT PROTECTING WHAT MATTERS! ❤️

Fall is here in Northeast Indiana! 🍂 The leaves are changing, the temperatures are dropping, and before long, we’ll be cranking up the heat and settling in for another Indiana winter.

Now is a great time to check a few things around the house!

🔥 Test those smoke detectors.
🏠 Check your furnace and heating equipment.
🧯 Make sure your family knows what to do in an emergency.
📋 Take a few minutes to review your homeowners insurance and make sure your coverage still fits your needs.

Life gets busy. Between work, kids, school activities, and everything else going on around Kendallville, it’s easy to put these things off.

That’s where having a local insurance agent comes in. My team and I are here to help you think ahead, answer your questions, and make sure you understand what you have protecting your family.

We aren't just here when you need a quote. We're here to build relationships, serve our neighbors, and help our community however we can.

Because around here, People helping People isn't just a slogan. It's how we do business. ❤️

Have questions about your home, auto, or life insurance? Give my office a call. We'd love to visit with you!

📍 Proud to serve Kendallville and our surrounding communities.

🏆 ONE MORE ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR THESE KNIGHTS! 🏆

Another week of East Noble athletics means another group of athletes who deserve to be recognized.

And this one hits a little differently…

We’re celebrating the final Girls Flag Football Player of the Week of the season, and our Boys Tennis season has officially come to an end.

So let's give these Knights the spotlight they deserve. 💙💛

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🏈 EAST NOBLE FOOTBALL

⭐ OVERALL — TAYDEN GETTS

⭐ OFFENSE — KOEN QUAKE

⭐ DEFENSE — IAN RAMEY

Three different players.

Three different roles.

One thing in common:

THEY SHOWED UP FOR THE KNIGHTS.

We've talked all season about what makes this football team special — guys willing to do the dirty work, step into big moments, play for the guy next to them, and compete until the final whistle.

That's what these three represent.

Keep going, Knights. The best is still ahead. 🔥

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⚽ BOYS SOCCER

⭐ PLAYER OF THE WEEK — RJ HENDERSON

RJ stepped into a HUGE role with injuries and players unavailable.

He helped the Knights roll to a:

9–0 WIN over New Haven.

Then Thursday, as a freshman, he played what his coaches called his best game yet — doing everything he needed to do and then some.

The result?

4–0 WIN over Glenn.

2-0 ON THE WEEK.

That's one heck of a way for a freshman to step up.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

⚽ GIRLS SOCCER

⭐ PLAYER OF THE WEEK — CARLY SMITH

Carly helped the Lady Knights start the week with a:

6–0 SHUTOUT over New Haven.

Then came Belmont.

Carly was instrumental in keeping them scoreless until around the 60th minute.

And here's the part that makes this one special…

Within minutes, Carly took a shot to the back, took a shot to the gut, AND had her foot stepped on.

Most people might be looking for a way out.

Carly stayed in.

She battled through it and kept fighting for her teammates.

That's toughness.

That's heart.

That's a Knight. 💙💛

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🏐 GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

⭐ PLAYER OF THE WEEK — CARYS SHIRE

CAREER HIGH.

Against Snider, Carys absolutely went OFF with:

🔥 20 KILLS

And she finished the week with:

27 KILLS
5 BLOCKS
4 DIGS
1 ACE

She was just 6 kills away from tying the East Noble single-game record.

That's a WEEK.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

🏈 GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL — SEASON FINALE

⭐ PLAYER OF THE WEEK — KLOII THOMAS

And what a way to close out the season.

The Knights beat Garrett in the 2nd round of sectionals before falling in a tough championship game against Northrop.

But before the season came to an end, freshman Kloii Thomas put her name in the East Noble record books.

Against Garrett:

🔥 4 SACKS — PROGRAM RECORD
🔥 8 HURRIES
🔥 6 SACKS ON THE SEASON — PROGRAM RECORD

Kloii has been one of the hardest workers on this team since joining the program this summer.

And that work didn't pay off overnight.

It came from showing up.

Putting in the work.

Getting better.

And doing everything she could to become the best version of herself for her teammates.

Her first season was special.

And if this is what Kloii looks like as a freshman…

East Noble should be pretty excited about what's coming next. 👀

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

We are so proud to partner with East Noble High School and celebrate these kids throughout their seasons.

To the athletes:

Keep working. Keep competing. Keep being great teammates.

And to the parents…

👇 TAG YOUR ATHLETE!
👇 TAG THE GRANDPARENTS!
👇 SHARE THIS WITH THE FAMILY!

Let's give these Knights the love they deserve.

CONGRATULATIONS! 🏆

GO KNIGHTS! 💙💛

🏐 SENIOR NIGHT FOR ONE OF OUR OWN! 🏐

Tonight, we get to celebrate Alex! 💙💛

Alex is a part-time member of the Zach Pruitt State Farm team and an intern who works with us from home. She’s been balancing school, volleyball, and work — and doing an awesome job at all three!

But tonight, work takes a back seat because it’s time to celebrate HER.

Alex is a senior at East Noble and tonight she gets to take the court as an East Noble Knight for Senior Night.

We’re proud to have Alex on our team, but even more excited to watch her take on this next chapter of life.

From your work family at Zach Pruitt State Farm…

CONGRATULATIONS, ALEX! 🏐

Now go out there and enjoy every second of it. You only get one Senior Night!

GO KNIGHTS! 💙💛

I may be out of the office today and tomorrow… but that doesn’t mean our team is slowing down! 💪

I’m in Indianapolis spending the next couple of days learning about upcoming changes, rate decreases, and new ways we can help our customers. I'm also collaborating with other State Farm Agents from across the state.

The goal is simple:

Learn more. Share more. Help more people.

And while I’m doing that, the team is right here in the office taking care of our customers like they always do. ❤️

Need help with your insurance? Have a question? Need to make a change?

Give my team a call. They’ve got you covered!

People helping people. That’s what we do.

At our Grand Opening Friday we got surprised with some sweet treats!

College Cookie stopped by the office Friday and dropped off some DELICIOUS State Farm branded cookies!

I’m not sure what was better... how good they tasted or how cool they looked. 😂

Huge thank you to College Cookie for thinking of us! We may need to make this a regular thing around here…

Because apparently, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there” now comes with cookies. 😂🍪

People helping people… and occasionally people helping themselves to cookies. ❤️
