The Department of Health and Human Services has announced new regulations for Short Term and Limited Duration Health Insurance plans, effective September 1, 2024. You can review the details in the attached document.

These plans were designed to provide temporary coverage during transitions between comprehensive health insurance policies, not as a long-term solution.

If you are currently covered under one of these plans (e.g., Golden Rule, AllState, Pivot, Philadelphia Life), it’s important to discuss your options moving forward. Let’s talk to ensure you have the right coverage for your needs.
