The Department of Health and Human Services has announced new regulations for Short Term and Limited Duration Health Insurance plans, effective September 1, 2024. You can review the details in the attached document.
These plans were designed to provide temporary coverage during transitions between comprehensive health insurance policies, not as a long-term solution.
