We’re Hiring: Acquisitions Agent – Kansas City Metro Area

Cap Out Investments is expanding and looking for a driven Acquisitions Agent to join our team.

What the role involves:
You’ll be sourcing off-market residential properties, speaking directly with property owners, analyzing potential deals, and negotiating contracts. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, great communication skills, and a hunger to close.

What we’re looking for:

-Comfortable making cold calls, sending texts, and qualifying leads
-Sales or real estate experience preferred (Wholesaling, investing, or familiarity with off-market transactions is a plus)
-Strong closer with negotiation skills
-Local to the Kansas City metro area
-Familiar with CRMs and deal analysis tools
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

Cap Out Investments: Growing Like the Chinese Bamboo Tree

Success in business often mirrors the natural world, where patience and perseverance lay the foundation for extraordinary growth. At Cap Out Investments, our journey over the past five years has been much like the story of the Chinese bamboo tree—a powerful metaphor for resilience, vision, and the rewards of consistent effort.

The Chinese bamboo tree is a marvel of nature. For the first five years, it shows little to no visible growth above ground. Yet, during this time, the farmer diligently waters and nurtures it, trusting in the unseen progress happening beneath the surface. Then, almost magically, the bamboo tree shoots up to 80 feet in just a matter of weeks.

Similarly, Cap Out Investments spent its early years laying the groundwork for success. Alex Shoaee and I at Cap Out Investments just closed on a 20K SF commercial property (+10K outdoor parking) near downtown and are looking to create a real estate focused flex-space. In addition to our own asset holding, operations, flipping, cold calling, brokerage and off market deal flow companies, we've got a private lending company, a real estate law firm and a high level commercial debt brokerage signed up so far.

We'll be doing monthly meetups and other real estate centric events for entrepreneurs at varying levels. Lots of cool common space and rooftop views of downtown.
