Wanted to show off some cool things our foam Fab shop has been doing.

Progress pics of the creation of a large sized Domed void form project, dome surface being created through multiple lifts and layers and then the final product sanded and smoothed down before shipping.

Then as a bonus, a set of unique decorative hanging bracket columns. (The ball will be hanging upside down when they are installed).

The foam fabrication department can be a fun side of our business, from eifs and stucco trims, to packaging shapes, to party letters and decorations, to masonry forms, and more. The foam room is always doing something different.

Wanted to share this install of Fiber Cement panels.

McPherson Fire Station in McPherson KS. 3 custom color blend of Illumination 3030 panels. What a looker of an accent wall on this building. Will stand out and give the station the flare it deserves.

Installed by Ryan Wray and WRAY BEND ARCHITECTURAL METAL CO., INC.

Ryan and Wray Bend have performed several high end fiber cement panel jobs over the last decade or so. From Manhattan to Wichita to McPherson, they are one of the premier Fiber Cement and metal panel installer options in Central KS.

Riftsawn whole wood cut and Illumination panels by Nichiha. Very nice looking project and even better when it is for a good cause.

ad a chance to participate in a project in NW Arkansas last week. Great experience and a great organization. Thank you to Dave Preffitt and .icfs Tracey Lawrence for having us. Learned a lot about the nuts and bolts of Nudura as well as Habitat as a whole and their mission.

Plasterers, Exterior Remodelers, Home Builders, etc. Anyone who works with designers or owners on exteriors and uses foam shapes as accents, crown moldings, arches, bands etc. Do you have trouble communicating with the decision maker on picking out shapes? You can use the foam shape catalog on our website to help them visualize and pick out their shape.

Have them pick out one of our standard shapes and provide the dimensions for length A and length B and we can take it from there. We will cut you a sample to get approved and provide a shop drawing.

can do more than just regular ol' EIFS and Stucco!

A story in picture form for some neat mock up pieces we did recently for a mock up. Raw EPS foam cut from our in house CNC machine, then meshed/based and finished (Quarzputz and Freestyle) and then went off to the painter to get painted!

I think they turned out awesome. Fingers crossed that the project likes them and we can make more!

Took a trip out to the soon to be completed new Ninth Grade Center project and oh man is it impressive.

Combining the new age vertical custom color Ribbed layout with light colored accent panels and the reflective "mirror" Miraia Onyx panels both by with the use of precast gives the building a simultaneous modern and classic feel. The mirrorlike entryway opening into the feature wall of precast sets the tone immediately as you walk in to the building and enter the open heart of the learning center.

Incredibly impressive design by James Evrard, project by Geoff Nurrenbern Molly Lyons Ethan Wegner and Nichiha install by .contracting Matthew Sampson.

Thank you to all involved for such a great project, proud to be a part of it. First official Miraia Onyx install in Kansas City Metro Area!

Super exciting install of panels going on off 58 HWY at the Ray Pec Ninth Grade Center project. Custom color pattern of vertical Ribbed panels being put up by .contracting The dark panels with the interwoven light accents is a heck of a look and aesthetic design by . PLUS, there is more to come with Nichiha's mirror Miraia panels that will be installed to give the entrances and accent areas a wow factor.

running a stellar jobsite as always, coordinating the realities to hit the vision of the design.

Excited to see this one finish out. I think it is brochure material myself.

First look at some Exoair 430 by going up in Kansas City with ..

430 is sheathing with Exoair 230 v***r permeable AWB pre-applied in the factory. You can tell from a mile away when a job is using 430 with it's distinctive orange color. Exciting product and an exciting job to be doing with such a good partner like E&K.

Kansas City office Architectural Building Systems (KCK) had to catch up with Springfield Architectural Building Systems and get their Point of Sale display up! We got Dryvit/Tremco/Coffee corner over here! Credit to Bob Walker and Jose Hernandez for taking on the major operation of rearranging the tool shelves to make a home for it.

Thank you once again to Barbara Catlow for spearheading the effort to get these sent out and set up at Tremco distributors across the country.
