From June through July, we’re hosting Operation Breakthrough, a summer camp where students will participate in a real-world learning project (focused on personal finance).

Instead of just learning through lectures and games, students will work in teams to create their own future plans based on real-life scenarios and budgets.

They will work in groups to choose a path (for example college/secondary education, entrepreneurship, or entering the workforce).

They’ll then build a realistic plan within a strict budget, making real‑life decisions such as housing, food, transportation, and everyday expenses.

At the end of the program, students will present their projects and showcase everything they’ve learned throughout the summer.

Every year, families skip the FAFSA because they assume they won't qualify.

"We make too much."

"We won't get anything anyway."

"It's too confusing."

Unfortunately, that assumption can be an EXPENSIVE one.

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) isn't just a form for low-income families. It's the gateway to financial aid opportunities that many students and parents don't even realize exist.

Through FAFSA, students may qualify for:

✅ Grants that never need to be repaid

✅ Work-study opportunities

✅ Federal student loans with protections and interest rates often better than private loans

✅ State grants and institutional scholarships offered directly by colleges

The reality is that many schools use FAFSA data to determine eligibility for their own aid programs. If you don't complete it, you may be removing yourself from consideration before the conversation even begins.

Pathway Financial Education offers our office space for workshops, meetings and community events.

A few requirements to rent:

- Events must be free and open to attendees
- Capacity is up to 45 guests
- Proof of insurance is required
- Pathway Financial Education will provide a brief welcome and introduction to our programs
- Weekday availability preferred (with limited evening and weekend accommodations)
