I've spent nearly two decades in the credit union industry, starting as a teller and went on to work in various roles; from branch management, to training and contact center operations. I found a true passion in mortgage lending and am thrilled to be back doing what I love most! I graduated from Jackson College with a Business Administration degree and furthered my education in lending at Rex Johnson’s University of Lending. Throughout my career, I have been recognized with many awards, but my motivation has always been providing exceptional service to the members I am privileged to work with. I'm a firm believer that 'Knowledge is Power' and take pride in educating folks on the mortgage process and options that make the most sense for their life. You can count on me for providing stellar communication every step of the way, so you’re never left in the dark! I can offer everything from construction, lot/land, renovation, conventional, FHA, VA, MSHDA, and rural development loans. We also take the time to curate mortgages to meet our members’ unique scenarios and needs. When I am not assisting members with their homeownership goals, I am an avid Michigan rock hunter (Petoskey stones and Malachite are my favorite finds!). I also enjoy trivia, singing karaoke, and going to concerts. Recently, I've joined GTRLC as a Volunteer, helping to keep our Michigan Trails, Beaches and Water CLEAN and SAFE!
