Good evening to our awesome clientele!
I wanted to share with you some of the new services we can offer all of you, and in some cases, your friends in the communities we manage. These are crazy times for sure and I feel it is important for my company to make adjustments as well all go thru this Covid-19 situation. I also wanted to continue to thank all of you that are helping my cleaning crew stay afloat as well. I have personally given up 3/4 of what I pay myself to help keep Cove Services staff afloat. I am so grateful for all the help you have given me to aid in keeping payroll going for my small company. All of you are so awesome and I feel so blessed to have you as my clientele!
David is still grocery shopping for you that use this service. I know it is a bit scary to walk into a grocery store and see their staff all wearing masks and gloves along with the hundreds of shoppers wearing the same gear. All you need to do is email me a detailed list of items you want from the store and we will happily shop safely for you and bring to your doorstep. I know it is hard to find simple things like toilet paper, paper towels, and hand sanitizer. I now have a source from Chenney Brothers to bring me toilet paper, paper towels and hand sanitizer. I am not yet sure what the demand will be for these items, and I can help out. If you need TP and paper towels, I have them and I am so willing to bring you those items to your door step. If you need a few rolls of toilet paper or paper towels I can bring a few to you. I know these items are hard to come by in the grocery store. It is like a hit or miss most visits to the store. I personally have not been able to get these products from the store. The shelves are always empty the times I go in. I can not provide cases of paper products, and I certainly can provide enough for all of you to get by each week. This service is new to me, so I have limited supply, and I can increase supplies as demand warrants. As for hand sanitizer, I can come by your house and fill small containers of hand sanitizer for you. I currently have a gallon jug and I can get more if this is something that will be helpful. How much will this cost you? At this point it will not. I have always wanted to give back, as it is all of you that determine the success of my company. If this Covid thing go on for a while, I will provide these items at my cost and I have yet to know my cost is and my source is going to be sending me the break down.
Gina, David’s long time girlfriend and a part time employee of Cove Services has a real job that has been shut down because of Covid-19. She is a beautician. Gina can come safely to your home and cut hair so we all don’t have to look like hippies from the 70’s lol. She brings her own supplies that is sterilized after each use and can cut both men’s and women’s hair right in your own home. So far we have had three clients use her service and have been very pleased. The cost is $25 for a mens haircut and for women it starts at $25 and can go up to $40 for a cut and blow-dry. You can pay her direct, or I can bill for the Service. If I bill it, the only thing I will need to know is the tip amount to add in. I will not be adding a 10% fee for this. I am just trying to keep all of us going, for a lack of better words.
I also have a connection to provide restaurant quality food that I can deliver for you. The food items include steaks, chicken, pork, fish and more that I can bring to your door step. These meats and fish are flash frozen cuts of meat and fish from Bush Foods. I personally have used this guy for many years. At the end of this email, which is soon, I will provide pictures of all the services I am talking about. I know I tend to ramble a bit in my emails, so please feel free to call or email me and David . I basically just wanted to let you know we are here for you and will continue to help as best we can during this virus thing.
