Introducing Heath Jordan

We are proud to introduce Heath Jordan as Director of Property & Investment Management for Jordan Family Investment Group

Heath is the son of Peter and Kim Jordan, born and raised right here in the great state of Georgia, a place he deeply loves — just like his parents. His roots run strong in Georgia, and so does his passion for the community, the culture, and of course… being a huge Georgia fan.

More than anything, Heath is a Christian, and he strives to reflect his faith in everything he does. His leadership, decision‑making, and commitment to excellence are guided by strong Christian values that he will carry into every part of his work at JFIG.
In his role, Heath will oversee all property operations and lead in finding investment opertuninty and evulating them for the Jordan Family Investment Group.

He will bring integrity, faith‑driven purpose, and a deep love for his home state into ensuring that every property, every investment, and every opportunity strengthens the future of the Jordan family.

With his heart for Georgia, devotion to his faith, and passion for building generational success, Heath will play a key part in shaping the vision and long‑term growth of JFIG.

Meet Peter Jordan

Chief Investment Officer & Managing Member – Jordan Family Investment Group

Peter Jordan grew up in Rogers, Arkansas, where he learned the importance of hard work and strong family values. He went on to serve one term in the United States Air Force, during which he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from the University of West Florida.

While stationed in Florida, Peter met the love of his life, Kim. After finishing his service, they married and started building their life together.

Their journey eventually brought them to Georgia—a move that quickly became one of the greatest blessings for their family. They fell in love with Georgia’s warm people, strong sense of community, natural beauty, and values rooted in faith and integrity. Georgia didn’t just become home… it became part of who they are.

In the early 2000s, Peter and Kim welcomed their son, Heath, completing the family they had prayed for and firmly planting their roots in the state they cherish so deeply.

The Jordan family’s Christian values—faith, stewardship, honesty, and helping others—shape everything they do. These values are also the foundation of Jordan Family Investment Group.

Today, as Chief Investment Officer, Peter leads the company’s long‑term investment strategy, evaluates opportunities with wisdom, and ensures every decision reflects the family’s mission.

Peter’s story is one of service, family, faith, and a deep love for Georgia—and it continues to inspire our work every day.

Pete and Kim married in the mid ’90s and soon moved to Georgia as Peter began a new chapter in his career. In the early 2000s, they welcomed their son, Heath, and together they’ve built a strong, faith‑centered family rooted in integrity, purpose, and vision.

Founded in 2026, the Jordan Family Investment Group was created to manage, grow, and steward the Jordan family’s investment assets.

Focused on rental properties and future acquisitions, JFIG is committed to long‑term strategy, responsible financial stewardship, and doing business the right way.
