Spotlight...
It is with great excitement and gratitude that I introduce our newest M-Power Agency LLC team member, Brittany Simmons!
I met Brittany at a job fair hosted by Irondequoit Chamber of Commerce and RochesterWorks in January!
It was almost an immediate connection in values and goals that lead to more discussions, meetings, and finally a mutual decision to work together!
I asked her a few questions before sharing this post.
Q : Why are you choosing to team up with me (Jim) and M-Power?
A: I teamed up with M-Power/Jim Pashalidis, because we all have the same goal and that is to serve as educators in the Medicare Insurance industry.
Q: Why are you choosing to be a Medicare Broker?
A: I became a Medicare Broker in 2023 by accident which has now evolved as my purpose. I was only interested in learning more about insurance, I didn't realize how broad this field actually is. I later realized the value of information and how impactful we are to the average retiree or individual who's disabled under 65 that has little or zero knowledge regarding Medicare. Most people don't realize the number of options they truly have and I love the fact that I get to walk them through the process, while expounding on all the perks and benefits offered as well as the downsides of every plan I represent.
Q: What is something fun/cool about you that people may not know?
A: I love to write short-stories, I also love to create music on my computer when I have the time.
