Inventory is climbing, giving buyers more opportunities than we’ve seen in quite a while. More listings = more options, more negotiating power, and less competition than the frenzy we saw the last few years. 🗺️🔑

Sellers are still benefiting from motivated buyers actively entering the market, especially when homes are priced and presented well.

The market may be shifting, but opportunities are still out there on both sides.

Some of the biggest delays in the homebuying process don’t come from paperwork, they come from common mortgage myths! ❌😅

Many buyers are surprised to learn they may not need 20% down (some programs allow as little as 3–5%), that credit doesn’t have to be perfect to qualify, and that pre-approval can often happen much faster than expected.
