🏠🏠It was a double-close day for these two!🏠🏠 We worked together in the purchase of their first home in 2020 and today we closed on that home and began a new chapter in a new beautiful home. To say I was honored as well as ecstatic to work with these two again in the home selling AND purchasing processes is an understatement. We had a lot of laughs along the way! I am SO excited for my sellers, Joe and Emily as they accepted an offer on the sale of their first home. The new owner is getting a home that has been loved and cared for by an incredible couple. They’ve done a lot to make this house a home and get to start a new journey in a new home next month.

West Lafayette and Indianapolis.
West Lafayette: we looked at 10 houses or so over the course of 2 days. My clients decided the very first house they look at was “just right”. They’re moving from out of state and were having to balance aspects of living separately until they closed. Indianapolis: we looked at *more than 10* houses over the course of a year. The best part about it: we became friends and got to have margaritas along the way! These two sets of clients were SO much fun to work with. Both families knew exactly what they wanted and needed, and were incredibly organized and timely. They both worked with which is always dependable. They made my job so easy.

I had sold my client’s home for her 5 years ago and when the time came to sell her mom’s home, she came to me to sell her home too. Closing on this house today was bitter sweet. I am so grateful to have had and Terry as part of the Boilermaker family, and am so sad to see them leave. I am also SO excited for them and their next chapter at 🟣LSU🟡. Shaun and I got to be fast friends while in the process of building their house IN west Lafayette, IN and she was out of state prior to moving to Indiana. Ever grateful (😉🖤💛) that ⚾️ has connected our families!
