I know it's been a while since I've posted anything, but it's been a busy summer! Here is 3 different decks that we completed over the summer. As per usual, I only got before pics of 1, which is the first one. That deck, we took down and hauled off in 1 day. It was in pretty bad shape.The second one was new construction last year so there was literally nothing there but MUD! The homeowner had a company bring another 3 blocks and we did all the dirt work and concrete pad to prep for them. The third, with the pool, the homeowner did a lot of the demo and we added on and rebuilt the stairs/platform and finished the rest.

We only got a couple before pictures on this one! The final product is pretty awesome though!

Big shout out to Brigette for designing this kitchen remodel! She's one of my employees that only works part time, but she is currently going to school for interior design! Lucky me! LOL I'll add descriptions to some of the pictures! This job ended up being an overhaul to almost the entire main level of the house with the kitchen being the start of it all. Jolley Flooring came in and did the resand of the hardwood floors in every room. We had our friend Ray, and crew, come and help us out with sheetrock where needed, and Blue Mills plumbing came and dug up the front yard to replace a curb valve and main shut off in the house. (I can't do any plumbing if I can't shut off the water!) Then we did the rest! What a great project for a very deserving couple! While we were there they celebrated their 50 year wedding anniversary!

Another job finished awhile back. If you closely at the first picture you may realize this is literally a 2 room apartment built into a barn! This job was so much fun to do! The living room/kitchen was mostly done before we started. We added the kitchenette and everything you see on the rest of the pictures. Including the full bathroom! Simple and basic living for the win! I set up my GoPro for a lot of this job but haven't had time to put a final time-lapse video together. Be on the look out after Christmas! 😜😎😆

Ability to work with minimal guidance.

Pay will vary depending on applicants previous experience.

We forgot before pictures again! However, the homeowner had pictures of when they first moved in. Our homeowner decided to save some money and do the tear out and haul away of the old deck and pour the concrete footings for the new deck. Also, they will be installing the metal spindles at later date after the above ground pool goes in and the entire thing is stained and sealed!

Photo dump of 3 different jobs that we've done that, of course, I forgot before pictures for!
The first set are of a new laundry room and pantry on the main level. The original room was used as an office and pantry just off the kitchen.
The second set is a repeat customer for the main level bathroom. This last fall we added a full bath in their basement.
The final bathroom is an on suite remodel in a basement for the clients teenager.
