The one thing I would have liked to know earlier was the loan approval. Having a couple days to let my apartments know that I am moving out is not a really good position to be in. Otherwise I thought the process was way easier than it has been in the past and I think Erik's team made it great.

We have bought mobile homes, but the process is vastly different. Erik made himself available to answer all of our many questions, and even sat on many phone calls to sort out confusions my wife and I had. He took excellent care of us and made sure we got the perfect home for our family. He worked closely with our realtor, Debbie Tidwell, and our title company, Alamo, to get everything perfect for close. He handled my wife's anxious demener with precise care to ensure everyone, not just myself, was comfortable with every aspect of the loan process. We highly recommend him for other clients and will be using him again in the near future to help family members move to this beautiful area with us.
