I am offering up this kitchen for sale to all my followers prior to listing it elsewhere. This kitchen is in immaculate condition. It will include all of the granite countertops cabinets fridge dishwasher, all plumbing fixtures. It is going to be disassembled next week and will be ready for pick up in Huntsville in two weeks. Let me know if you or anyone you know may want it.. 10k for everything. Must be picked up and loaded.

Loading shingles on a roof may not sounds like a big deal. But loading it prior to drywall can save many cracks that may otherwise occur from the added weight. It’s more important to do when you are dealing with heavier roof systems like these concrete shingles.

Talking about Bartile roofs and how the have come up with a means to stop ice dams from backing up and popping the tile shingles. Another cold climate issue however it also keeps your home cooler by cooling the roof before it heats up the conditioned space.
This is my first time using this system, but I like the concept. What’s your thoughts?!

The Alam family is moving into their new home. And before they did I had to grab some photos of it. To say I enjoyed working with these folks would be an understatement. They truly are wonderful people and were incredible to work with. Our community is a better place because folks like this move into it.

Steve and I started talking about this land a couple years ago. Through the land acquisition, tree removal, in fill, road construction, plan design and all the things in between, Brittany, Steve and I have put a lot of effort into this build before we have even started. But today, after all this time and effort, they were able to dig the first hole in the construction of their new home! If you’ve followed me for very long, you know how much I love these days!
