The company was founded in 2004 by President Amp "Dawgy Baggz" Dawkins, Co-CEO James "Mata" Hunter and CFO Tamaja "Chico 2Triple" Sealy. They have been featured in nation wide publications such as The Fader, XXL, Ozone and URB. They also had the priveledge to play in popular music festivals such as South By South West (SXSW), CMJ and the Black Arts Festival.
