No but seriously, I have had a pleasure to work with some of the BEST in the City and surrounding areas! A Great Title Office makes a Notary Signing Agent’s job so much easier.

I mean every notary loves to have documents sent to them the day before closing. It’s always helpful to have Escrow Officers and Branch Managers who are considerate, informative, knowledgeable, professional and just overall on top of it!

Not to mention some Title offices really do have great snacks 😉

Yes being a mobile signing agent, is fun and flexible and lucrative. But it also comes with challenges that aren’t honestly discussed. So many focus on the earnings and not the work that has been to be put in day to day to see a six figure income. I LOVE the industry and I love teaching others with transparency how to navigate and dominate in the field while staying consistent and focused. Because the truth is being full time and being busy does come with a price! But the freedom makes it completely worth it!

An acknowledgment generally confirms that a person willingly signed a document. A jurat requires the signer to swear or affirm that the document’s contents are truthful.

A notary cannot select the notarial act for the customer. The document, receiving organization, or your legal adviser should tell you which certificate is required.

Knowing the roles of a Loan Signing Agent is so important. Many times we are confused with the escrow closers from Title. Often I am asked if I traveled from the Title office 5 hours away. Absolutely, not!

No, we’re not just notaries either! Signing Agents are trained, knowledgeable and experienced to facilitate all types of real estate transactions however they are limited to the information they are able to provide concerning the transactions.

Most importantly many aren’t aware the option is available to request an out of office closing, with a signing agent. Most escrow closers aren’t mobile and facilitate their closings in the Title Office.
