Some private health plans require you to go through medical underwriting and may not cover certain pre-existing conditions. This makes it difficult for those with pre-existing or chronic conditions to find comprehensive coverage. But, do you know? You cannot be denied coverage for a Marketplace or ACA-compliant health insurance because of any condition you had prior to the start of the plan.
