I've had a lot of phone calls from
my clients about these postcards. There are no plans in our area that have that much for groceries unless you have Medicare AND Medicaid. There are a couple plans available if you have Diabetes or Heart Diesese with a small monthly amount towards groceries(nowhere near $411 per month), but keep in mind you'd have to change plans and you would have higher out of pocket costs and copays. If that's something you're interested in feel free to reach out to me. I highly recommend you don't call the number on this card because they will change your plan without you knowing.

I've had a couple calls from clients that have seen youtube videos or fb videos stating that Medicare Advantage is going away in 2026. This is absolutely False information. Please know that there are a ton of scams and mis information out there on the internet.

This is for my UHC Medicare Advantage clients. Most have probably already received a letter about premier and UHC in negotiations. Don’t panic just yet. This happens frequently with carriers. Humana just went through this and ended up reaching an agreement. I’d say 95% of the time they end up reaching one. A lot of times they wait until the very last day. The worst case scenario, if they don’t, you won’t be able to see premier doctors for 6 months and we’d change your plan during open enrollment.

The phone calls, mail and commercials have already started up. This year they will be even worse. Don’t get scammed by an ad or phone call telling you that you are eligible for extra benefits. There are changes this year with the drug formularies and a $2000 out of pocket max on drugs. Just remember, they will likely take away, reduce other benefits or raise premiums/deductibles. It’s best to talk to a local agent. I can do a free plan and drug review starting Oct 1st. Feel free to contact me to set up an appointment.

Do you have Dental Insurance?

Nearly 70% of older Americans have no form of dental coverage, according to Oral Health America via a report from the Center for Medicare Advocacy.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that 27% of adults aged 20 to 64 have untreated tooth decay.

People who do not have Dental benefits are more likely to suffer from other non dental related diseases:
*67 percent are more likely to have heart disease
*50 percent are more likely to have osteoporosis.
*29 percent are more likely to have diabetes.
