He makes a great point. I will also point out that youtube videos, magazines, and books are no substitute for actual training under a competing instructor. Those tools should be used after the fact to research methods, ideas and home your skills.

A great take on the recent bus attack by ISIS. The author lists several very good ideas for dealing with such a problem. I would also add that you should trust your instincts. The author is talking about a particular attack. However, the tactics work great for other attacks on public transportation. Don't be afraid to get off early if something doesn't "feel" right.

I often see and talk to people who have similar problems. They got this new gadget or did something to their gun that helps them to be more accurate when in reality if they simply got training and practiced what they were taught it wouldn't be a problem. Great article from The Tactical Professor.
