On 08/30/2023, we filed a complaint to the city of Paterson because the food venders at 1010 Main Street, Paterson, NJ 07012, violating Paterson Chapter 349 “OUTDOOR CAFES”, Paterson Chapter 231 Food Establishment, NJ Smoke-Free Air Act (NJ SFAA) and NJ Chapter 24 (N.J.A.C. 8:24) “Sanitation in Retail Food Establishments and Food and Beverage Vending Machines”. On 10/01/2023 Marilyn W. from the City of Paterson told us hat she assigned this issue to Police Dispatch, Nothing happened tell today, the police department did not do anything, the building merchants' still violating all fore rules and regulations. We hope the City of Paterson - City Hall start paying some attention to public safety.

At 408-418 Pacific Street also known as 1010 Main Street built a fenced area abstracting the side walk pedestrian has to walk through the parking lot car exit. I asked them if they have a permit and I got no answer.
