"In the mid-20th century, a plastic surgeon, Dr. Maxwell Maltz, introduced a revolutionary concept through his book "Psycho-Cybernetics." This groundbreaking work delved into the connection between self-image and success, arguing that our mental picture of ourselves directly influences our achievements and failures. Remote work enables flexibility and allows us to focus on making an impact rather than adhering to a strict schedule. However, mixing work and personal time can easily lead to burnout. To prevent this, it's crucial to establish clear boundaries.

Set up a dedicated workspace at home (definitely avoid working from your bed), adhere to a clearly defined schedule, and utilize asynchronous communication. Turn off notifications outside your working hours to avoid the pressure to respond immediately. Most things can wait until the next day.

As a manager or leader, evaluate people's contributions based on their deliverables, not their work hours or response times. This approach requires trust but is essential for empowering distributed teams to succeed. ~ Rick Wallace, Ph.D., Psy.D.

First, if you don't have the patience to read this brief treatise, you certainly have yet to read the nearly 1,000 pages of the highly publicized Project 2025. Therefore, hold off on your uninformed criticisms.

Second, transition projects and agendas are nothing new. The Democrats had a transitional agenda when Biden took office. This agenda wasn't highlighted in the mainstream media, especially in Black spaces, because it didn't benefit Black people.

Seeing people panic and act as if the world is ending confirms what I've said for over three decades: we remain at a disadvantage because we don't understand how things work. When David Rockefeller commissioned Zbigniew Brzeziński to create the Tri-Lateral Commission in 1973, policies were implemented to protect the elite's wealth. It didn't start there.

As far back as 1954, the wealthy elite have held annual and semi-annual conferences to strategize ways to protect their wealth and keep the masses under control. One of the most influential of these groups is not the Illuminati but the Bilderberg Group. The Bilderbergs still meet annually under military protection.

~ The creation of the World Bank (1944)
~The Gold Confiscation Act of 1933
~ The Gold Reserve Act of 1934

These are only a few of the things done over the years. This is only in the areas of finance directly: the geopolitical manipulation of currencies around the globe, policy-driven serial forced displacement of low-income groups, the creation of a debt-based economy, and hyper-criminalization (monetizing crime for the wealthy).

Reading bullet points without context is not the way to assess information. Being force-fed information by one side without a non-biased assessment differs from how you uncover the truth.

The media push concerning Project 2025 is remarkably timely if nothing else.

A right wing and a left wing belong to the same bird. Without understanding how things work and a willingness to explore solutions, we will remain at the mercy of those we blame for our conditions.

I have been writing about the illusion of the two-party system for years, even predicting much of what we are seeing now. Because mainstream media didn't endorse it, it was dismissed as untrue. I am often asked why I haven't changed my name to better reflect my awareness of my history and heritage. While I respect those who choose to change their names, I believe that my heritage is best honored through my lived experiences, which transcend what I have learned.

I was adopted and raised by my great-grandfather, C.D. Wallace, who was born in 1909 to a sharecropper named Rob Wallace. C.D. had to leave school in the second grade to work in the fields and ensure the crops were harvested, so they didn't owe anything at the end of the season. He did this consistently and eventually became a master welder, building oil rigs for Dresser Clark (now Dresser-Rand, which I would later have as a client in 2002).

C.D. taught me the importance of honoring your name and keeping your promises. When my great-great-grandfather Rob passed away, C.D. was responsible for upholding our family name, leading with honor and steadiness. I now find myself as the CEO of our last name, facing the challenges and intricacies up close. This experience deepened my appreciation for C.D. Wallace's greatness and motivated me to uphold the standard he set.

In his wisdom, Paul recognized the necessity of letting go of past struggles to embrace future possibilities. For the Record, I have no emotional investment in this story, but there is a lot to learn about the public's response.

Here is a huge problem I have with a particular point of view regarding nepotism. One of the prevailing points of view from the dissenters is that nepotism in sports is different because sports are based on talent, and giving someone less talented the job displaces a more talented person.

News flash: nepotism in corporate America, politics, and finance is no different; it often displaces more qualified individuals instead of providing a platform for the person with the connections.

What is shocking to me is that the people pushing this view have more of a problem with nepotism in sports (something that impacts less than one percent of the population and is a form of entertainment) than they do with nepotism in the overall workforce and social landscape (something impacting millions). What is sad is that over 99 percent of the people complaining about nepotism in sports have children who are more vulnerable to nepotism in society as a whole.

Whether you agree with Lebron opening the door for Bronny or think he was wrong, you are worried about the wrong thing if you don't have the power to choose either. ~ Rick Wallace, Ph.D., Psy.D.
