**HUGE TRANSUNION UPDATE‼️**

The Feds just announced they are suing TransUnion because they refuse to “operate lawfully.”

Those letters TU was sending out were illegal.

Not only are they suing TransUnion, they are suing the executives individually in the company.

The Feds are accusing TU of using “Hidden Tricks” to make you pay for their services.

That stall letter basically said, “we don’t have proof but we’re going to assume you didn’t send this dispute letter in so go to our website and sign up for our services.”

ILLEGAL!

Paying the charged-off amount will not remove the notation from your credit report. Instead, the notation will be changed to “charged-off paid” or “charged-off settled.” This notation will remain on your report for the remaining 7 years after the final missed payment.
