Thank you to all of our investor partners for putting faith in our team during this project.

Today we sold our 237 unit multifamily asset in Phoenix, Arizona providing expectional returns to our investor partners!

During the hold period 24 units suffered significant damage in a fire. We rebuilt, preservered and now all of the partners will reap the rewards!!
