The ideal candidate will possess the following:

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
*Positive attitude that plays well in the sandbox with others
*Self starter with the capability and experience of wearing multiple hats
*Proven experience in an Administrative role
*Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
*Past experience in real estate, construction, or lending industries a huge plus
*Bookkeeping experience a plus
*High School degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Answer phones and respond to emails
*Accounts Payable with Quickbooks Online
*Manage CRM system
*Assist with events and social media presence
*Create and modify documents with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
*Setup and disconnect utilities
*Permitting for rehabs and new builds
*Order office supplies
*Other special projects and requests as needed

Competitive pay will be commiserate with your experience. This is a full-time position located in Seabrook.
