Having "best in class" for your Third Party Administrator and recordkeeper is important, but having the right payroll provider to act as the interface to integrate it is the final, critical step. You don't load your dishwasher, then put your clothes in on top of the dishes because it is "more efficient." If you won't risk your clothes, why would you risk your 401(k) plan?
