We have to remember who the real enemy is
The real enemy is NOT:
Depression
Anxiety
Lack of patience
Arguments with others
Sickness

We have to remember why we are going thru trials EVERY day
We have to fight the enemy..

But WHO IS THE ENEMY AND HOW DO WE FIGHT?

By staying close to Jehovah AND KNOWING WE ARE NOT ALONE
How do we stay close to God and fight the enemy?
1. Prayer (talk to God as a loving friend who can help you with ANYTHING)
2. Bible reading (everyday) yes every day
3. Meditate on what we read and how to apply it, what it means in our lives
4. Act in accordance of your prayers
5. Picture ourselves and family in a future where we will NEVER go thru this again
6. Try to see things from the other persons point of view
7. PRAY to understand and have wisdom in the situation (pray constantly)
8. Breathe (take a deep breathe and come back later after you cleared your mind)
9. Think positive - think of the outcome when you act according to your prayers
10. Build your faith stronger everyday
11. Remember those times you have gone thru tough tough times and how God helped you then and He will
continue to do so in present and future situations
12. Be thankful for all the good things that you DO have in your life
13. The next day do this all over again, it’s an ongoing struggle (some days are worse than others) with Gods help we can do ANYTHING according to this will
14. Read articles according to your situation
15. Do research about what other Christians have done
16. Reach out to a spiritually strong friend

Jehovah will ALWAYS be victorious in the end
