- Final construction phase, with TCO anticipated in March 2026.

🏗 Tower 3 – Surf House
- On track to top off by mid-February 2026.
- ~$303MM in hard contracts executed (~84% of total sellout of $361MM)

The project continues to demonstrate steady construction progress and strong market demand.

We are pleased to share the latest update on 550 West Chelsea Residences, a boutique luxury residential tower located at 550 West 21st Street, along Manhattan’s Hudson River waterfront.

📌 USCIS I-956F Approval
The project received I-956F approval from USCIS in January 2026 and continues to progress steadily, with superstructure construction well underway.

✅Approximately 70% of all trade contracts finalized
✅Superstructure construction has reached the 8th floor
✅Overall project completion projected for Q3 2027

Casa Doa EB-5 Project - Construction Update

We are excited to share strong progress at Casa Doa as construction advances toward key milestones, with momentum building across infrastructure, new builds, and historic renovation.

• Infrastructure upgrades are on schedule
• Final grading will start in about 2 weeks

🏗️ New-Build Preparation
• Permits approved for first casita clusters
• Construction targeted for early February 2026

🎉 🎉 🎉Successful EB-5 Seminars with Kornova Vietnam 🎉 🎉 🎉
We were honored to be invited by Kornova Vietnam to present the Bether Capital EB-5 projects at the seminars held in Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho on December 12 and 13.

The events were very successful, welcoming nearly 100 investors and generating strong interest and open discussions about the EB-5 program.

Four Seasons Surf Club Residences EB-5 Project – Construction and sales update 🎉 🎉 🎉

We are excited to share significant milestones across all three towers of the Four Seasons Surf Club:

🏗️ Tower 1 – Seaway
Now operational with its TCO obtained in Sept 2024. Landscaping and pool are complete, and the Four Seasons team is managing the property. 32 of 35 units sold, 24 closings completed.

🏗️ Tower 2 – Hillcrest
Topped off in Dec 2024 with 98% trade buyout achieved. Window and railing installations complete. 70% of units contracted, targeting TCO in Q1 2026.

🏗️ Tower 3 – Surf House
Master permit fully approved and construction advancing steadily. 65% of units sold (84% of projected revenue). Structural works to level 1 nearly complete, with strong momentum toward vertical build-out.

✅ Job Creation Surplus: 3,758 jobs created as of April 2024, more than double the required amount
✅ Over 81% of units pre-sold with $1B+ in revenue; EB-5 loan secured with strict limits on refinancing and distributions
