The project received I-956F approval from USCIS in January 2026 and continues to progress steadily, with superstructure construction well underway.

✅Approximately 70% of all trade contracts finalized
✅Superstructure construction has reached the 8th floor
✅Overall project completion projected for Q3 2027

We are excited to share significant milestones across all three towers of the Four Seasons Surf Club:

🏗️ Tower 1 – Seaway
Now operational with its TCO obtained in Sept 2024. Landscaping and pool are complete, and the Four Seasons team is managing the property. 32 of 35 units sold, 24 closings completed.

🏗️ Tower 2 – Hillcrest
Topped off in Dec 2024 with 98% trade buyout achieved. Window and railing installations complete. 70% of units contracted, targeting TCO in Q1 2026.

🏗️ Tower 3 – Surf House
Master permit fully approved and construction advancing steadily. 65% of units sold (84% of projected revenue). Structural works to level 1 nearly complete, with strong momentum toward vertical build-out.

✅ Job Creation Surplus: 3,758 jobs created as of April 2024, more than double the required amount
✅ Over 81% of units pre-sold with $1B+ in revenue; EB-5 loan secured with strict limits on refinancing and distributions
