Rehab is complete on this beautiful 1950’s home in Spring Branch. We removed 2 load bearing walls to create an open floor plan. The half bath in the master was turned into a full bath, to give this home 2 full baths.

Update: Demo of kitchen & bathrooms were completed. The wall separating the living & kitchen area was removed and a recessed beam was placed. New plumbing, electrical, & AC work has now been completed & inspections done. The garage enclosure has been framed out & garage door was removed and replaced with 2 windows. Cement was poured to have the garage enclosure the same floor height as the rest of the home.

Follow along as we remodel this home in Shepherd Forest. We purchased it as a 3 bd, 1 full, 1 half bath home with a working garage. It was 1,302 sq. ft. We will convert it into a 4 bd. 2 full and 1 half bath. We will be converting the garage into a master suite and that will add 275 sq ft. to the home, for a total of 1,577 sq. ft.
