Most of you know me as “the mortgage guy” and that part of my business isn’t going anywhere. Helping families buy homes is still at the core of what I do.

But over the last year, something bigger has been building.

This truck isn’t just a moving truck.

It’s a way for us to help families move into their homes, support local events, show up for our community, and give small businesses a chance to be seen around town.

You’ll start seeing us:

• Helping clients move into their new homes
• Partnering with local businesses as sponsors on the truck
• Supporting community and charity events
• Still doing what I love with mortgages and home financing

This page is evolving to reflect all of that.

At the end of the day, it’s about helping people move forward in life, not just financially but practically too.

Great news! Not even the Fed can deny that inflation is fading fast with CPI dropping to +3.0% YoY and PPI plunging to +0.1% YoY in June. Mortgage rates responded, moving back into the 6% range. If you're thinking about buying, don't forget that homeownership is more than just a great investment.
