Pagar para rebajar la tasa de interés (interest buy down) sólo conviene si usted se va a quedar en la casa suficiente tiempo para recuperar la inversión del costo. Pídale a su prestamista hipotecario que le brinde estimados para comparar el costo contra el ahorro.
