For 15 years, Amy Hackler Thibeault has been a driving force at PRMI as our Operations Manager, bringing leadership, experience, and heart to every file that comes across her desk. With 27 years in the mortgage industry and an MBA, Amy has dedicated her career to helping borrowers navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions with confidence and clarity.
What Amy loves most about her work is knowing that what we do truly changes lives. Being part of the moment someone steps into their new home never gets old, and she takes pride in working alongside a team that genuinely cares about both clients and one another every day.
Originally from Gainesville, Texas, Amy is a proud wife, mom, and dog mom to Hooper, her Australian Shepherd, who keeps life entertaining. Outside the office, she’s often traveling the country as a dedicated cheer mom, discovering new restaurants, enjoying time with friends, catching NBA games, and even stepping outside her comfort zone through stand-up and improv comedy 🏀🐾
