I use to anticipate something going wrong when things were going good for too long.

Like… “this is too good to be true” energy.

So instead of being present, I’d hold back. Not fully enjoying the moment, just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Idk if it was a trauma response or just what I learned… but I had to unlearn that survival mode.

Now I’m learning to sit in the good seasons.
To feel them. To trust them. To not rush past joy just because it feels unfamiliar.

Because peace isn’t something to fear… it’s something to experience. 🤍
