Great closing with a great client this week. Our realtor team of Skyler and David helped negotiate a great contract with over 20k is seller contributions and Edwin was able to close on his home with a 5.375% rate, which was the lowest available in the market. Come see what we can do for you!!!

Another great closing. Santiago and his wife Yareny were very deserving Young couple. Santiago is a successful Young businessman. We had some challenges to get him ready to buy. Worked on his credit for 3 months and advised on how to get his taxes in order and filed so that we can move forward with a traditional FHA loan. Credit fix was a success and took his credit from a 589 to a 625 eliminating over $10,000 in closing costs. It was a real pleasure helping them. Unfortunately I couldn't be at this closing as I was in Indiana but my great realtor partner Skyler who did a phenomenal job negotiating this contract and the closing cost assistance was there to represent.

Great day today. First closing for the company. Couldn't have been a better young couple to do it with. This Duo is great. 21 years old and they've already bought their first home. Thank you to Starr the best realtor and JG Hollins for being a fantastic builder.
