Great night celebrating our 2024 accomplishments as a team. We always forget to celebrate while we are grinding non stop so its great when we get a chance. Proud to call this group my team!! Finished 2023 with a great month by helping 10 buyers close loans in December, including this lovely first time homeowner.

We helped the buyer negotiate a 2/1 buydown to keep monthly payments more affordable - their interest rate is 2% lower for the first year and 1% lower the second year! Rates also improved during processing and we did a “float-down” to help them take advantage of the lower rates before closing, even though they had already locked in a rate with us upfront.
