📸👇 Another win for the McGee team yesterday.

After a national provider evaluated this elevator and determined it was beyond repair—citing obsolete equipment, unavailable parts, and recommending full replacement—our technician took a closer look.

Within a short time on site, the issue was identified: a failed relay.

Instead of a costly full replacement, the system was restored and back in service within just a couple of hours.

The real impact? The residents—many of them seniors—had been stuck on the lower level for several days. Seeing the elevator back up and running meant everything to them.

Moments like this are why we do what we do. Practical solutions, honest assessments, and a commitment to keeping people moving.

Now, we’re working with the customer on a long-term modernization plan—but on the right timeline, and for the right reasons.

We have added so many new people that we wanted to welcome them aboard and wanted to celebrate a great first quarter.
