A Hays, Kansas native and graduate of Hays High School and Fort Hays State University, Cory remains actively involved in the Hays community. A former president of the Hays Rotary Club, he continues to lead and volunteer in initiatives that strengthen the region.

Specializing in commercial insurance, Cory has experience in oil and gas, construction and contractor accounts, agribusiness, and trucking. He holds the CISR designation and is committed to understanding each client’s operations to deliver comprehensive and effective risk management solutions.

Justin Randa is an Account Executive and Partner with Insurance Planning who brings a deep connection to the communities he serves in Western Kansas.

A proud graduate of Hays High School and Fort Hays State University, Justin played collegiate baseball at Barton County Community College, the University of Louisiana, and Fort Hays State before beginning his career. Since joining Insurance Planning in 2007, he has specialized in Commercial Insurance, bringing extensive experience across Agriculture, Construction, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Trucking, and Bonding. He holds both the CISR and CIC designations and completed the Safeco Commercial Insurance School the same year he started.
