Legacy is something we care deeply about.

When we talk about protecting our families, we are not only talking about documents, guardians, and plans. Those things matter deeply, but they are not the whole story.

One of the Five Foundations of the Family Shield is The Heart — the legacy we are living and leaving while we are still here.

That is why we were so grateful to hear Angie and Isaac Tolpin speak at Teach Them Diligently and to read their book, Courageous Parenting.

Yesterday was a whirlwind with our talk in the morning, then a day of amazing conversations at the Teach Them Diligently conference, followed by a piano recital at the end of the day. Heading back for Day 3!

A successful Thursday evening at Teach Them Diligently Branson. Heading home to rest but we’ll be back speaking at 9:10 tomorrow!

The booth at Teach Them Diligently Branson is set up, and we speak tomorrow at 9:10am! But right now I’m back in Harrison because Nora has a rehearsal for her piano recital tomorrow night. We should be back in time for the opening of the Exhibitor Hall 7pm!

Our bags are packed, and our hearts are ready. Next stop: Branson! 🙌

Day 2 at Teach Them Diligently is wrapped up! We had many more conversations today with families who know they need to secure their Family Shield and they are ready to protect their kids. It’s been very encouraging!
