Let us talk about Chyienne for a second. 💙

14 years ago, she walked through our door and quietly, without any fanfare, without asking for anything, became the person this entire agency cannot function without.

We did not fully realize it at first. She did. She has always known. 😄

For 14 years she has been the reason the files are where they are supposed to be. The reason nothing falls through the cracks. The reason this team can walk in every morning and focus on taking care of people because Chyienne already handled everything else before we even got there.

She is organized. She is dependable. She is the first one to notice what needs to be done and the last one to ask for credit for doing it.

And she does all of this while somehow putting up with ALL of us. 😂

That alone deserves a standing ovation.

Chyienne, 14 years ago we got incredibly lucky. Every single day since we have known it. Thank you for everything you pour into this our customers, and this community. 💙
