Friendly Reminder to Stay Alert! 🔒

Scammers are becoming increasingly convincing, and caller ID is not always what it appears to be. Fraudsters can “spoof” a phone number, making a call appear to come from a business or financial institution you know and trust.

Please remember:

• Never give out sensitive information such as your account number, debit card number, PIN, online banking password, or Social Security number to an unexpected caller.

• If someone contacts you claiming there is a problem with your account, hang up and contact us directly using a trusted phone number.

• Don't rely solely on caller ID to verify who is calling.

• If something feels unusual or you feel pressured to act quickly, stop and verify before taking any action.

Your security is important to us. When in doubt, give us a call or stop by the bank. We're always happy to help you determine whether a request is legitimate.

Stay alert. Stay informed. And when it comes to your personal and financial information, it's always better to be cautious. 🔐

Severe weather can strike with little warning, bringing damaging hail, high winds, and costly repairs. Now is the perfect time to review your insurance coverage and make sure you're protected before the next storm rolls through.
