Working the in the real estate industry for over 17 years, I have gained the knowledge & advantage on customer service. I understand that communication is an integral part of the process & that a lack of it can cause unnecessary stress and frustration. That's why I update my clients (and their real estate agents) every step of the way. I pride myself on delivering & clarifying any and all information so my clients can make informed decisions. This is what I strive for and truly enjoy helping clients write their story. Prior to lending, I was a full time Realtor. I also grew up in the industry with both my parents being real estate brokers & my dad a general contractor/home builder. It was during a personal home purchase with my preferred lender that was the catalyst to my switching roles in the real estate industry. Having bought multiple homes as a self-employed borrower, my mortgage experience with Fairway was different. I am a 2004 graduate of Lander University where I received a degree in marketing & management. My family lives at Lake Greenwood and we love our town and all it has to offer! 🇺🇸Twenty five years ago today, our nation changed forever. Three firefighters raising the flag amid the wreckage of the World Trade Center has become one of the most enduring symbols of American resilience.

🇺🇸We remember the lives lost & honor the first responders who ran toward danger when everyone else was running away.

🇺🇸Never forget. I’ll never forget that day. I didn’t comprehend the magnitude until that afternoon, when as a junior in college & campus was shut down when I returned for an afternoon class. At this time, there were no smart phones, no social media, and you barely got on the internet. For days/weeks, it felt like everyone was glued to their TV and patriotism was at an all time high.
