Some closings just hit a little different!

I’ve had the privilege of partnering with Ty Quirk, an amazing realtor, for well over a year now. When it came time for him and his wonderful, beautiful and lovely wife Catherine to buy their first home… they trusted me with financing it & that meant everything.

Not only that, they are just genuinely fantastic people, which made this whole experience even more special.

They found the perfect home, locked in a rate with a 4 in front of it (!!!), and now these newlyweds get to start their next chapter together.
