¿Ya te quieres independizar en el aire acondicionado y ser tu propio patrón? 👇 Antes de cotizar tu primer trabajo, mira esto.

En Texas, TDLR no te deja activa la licencia de contratista sin el general liability, o sea, la responsabilidad civil general: el seguro que responde cuando tu trabajo daña la propiedad de alguien o lastima a alguien.

Y lo que muchos no saben: las operaciones terminadas (completed operations). Es la parte del seguro hecha para el daño que aparece cuando tú ya te fuiste, como una línea de condensado que se tapa seis semanas después.

Y tu troca de trabajo también necesita su seguro: el commercial auto, o seguro comercial de auto. Si andas haciendo servicios en ella, tu póliza personal puede no cubrirte.

Los mínimos de Clase B y Clase A, lo de la troca y lo que tus clientes te pueden pedir por reglamento están en el comentario fijado. 📌

Tú trabajas duro para sacar tu negocio adelante. Mereces entender exactamente qué estás pagando. Yo te explico la letra chiquita en español, a ti y a tu gente, sin pena de preguntar. Y no estoy amarrado a una sola aseguradora.

Texas won’t keep an ACR contractor license active without Commercial General Liability, the policy that responds when your work damages someone’s property or injures someone.

The part most new contractors overlook is products-completed operations: coverage built for damage that shows up after you’ve left the job, like a condensate line that backs up six weeks later and starts the serious of unfortunate events. 😳

Full Class B and Class A minimums, the work-truck question, and what TDLR says your customers can ask you for are in the comment section. 👇🏽

Standing on business in this industry takes someone who actually cares about the people they serve & not prioritizing the commissions attached.

As owner of Jared Seguros TX, I have the independence and freedom to choose how I want to serve my community, clients, and partners. At the forefront of every decision is this: People over profits.

My community deserves someone who puts their best interests ahead of any insurance companies or institutions.

My clients deserve someone who advocates and rallies for them without having influence by commissions.

My partners deserve someone who values organic relationships that are built on genuine trust, respect, and similar thinking.

Hoy juega México y juega por todos los suyos. Cuando ese equipo sale a la cancha, se cuidan entre ellos, se cubren, juegan como uno solo. Así debería sentirse también proteger a tu familia: con alguien de los tuyos a tu lado.

Acabo de terminar de asegurar 9 propiedades de renta para un cliente aquí en el área.

El mercado regular no las quería tocar - o si las tocaba, el precio no tenía sentido.

Tuvimos que ir al mercado correcto. El que no te explican en una llamada de 1-800.

Todas aseguradas. Correctamente.

Pero esto es lo que realmente quiero que sepas:

If you got hit last night - and most of Hunt County did - you’re now looking at back to back storm events. That changes everything when it comes to your insurance claim.

Was just chilling in the Lowe’s parking lot and felt the need to share some real life insight to y’all.
