2025 Conforming Loan Limits have increased to $802,650! That’s a jump of $36,100 from the 2023 limit of $766,550.

This means you can now purchase a home priced at:
$827,000 with 3% down
$844,000 with 5% down

Loan amounts above $802,650 would be considered a Jumbo Loan in most counties.
