TARRANT COUNTY JUDGES - THIEVES AND CRIMINALS
Let me explain something to the ever-dull and perennially explosive Bill Harris, and the uber dimwitted Cynthia Terry - both judges in the Tarrant County criminal enterprise known as Tarrant Family Courts.
These are the judges that are dispossessing one of Texas's honorable and upright citizens - Arnold Yan - of his homestead. There is a video on my page preceding this post.
One would think that a judge in a Texas court would have read the Texas Constitution. Maybe even most especially Article XVI, Section 50 which deals with what Texans have bragged for decades is the part that protects homesteads from forced sale or seizure.
I give you the basic outline.
The Texas Constitution
Article 16 - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 50 - HOMESTEAD; PROTECTION FROM FORCED SALE; MORTGAGES, TRUST DEEDS, AND LIENS
(a) The homestead of a family, or of a single adult person, shall be, and is hereby protected from forced sale, for the payment of all debts except for: [This means that these are the ONLY valid liens or encumbrances on homestead properties, any other being invalid.]
(1) the purchase money thereof, or a part of such purchase money;
(2) the taxes due thereon;
(3) an owelty of partition imposed against the entirety of the property by a court order or by a written agreement of the parties to the partition, including a debt of one spouse in favor of the other spouse resulting from a division or an award of a family homestead in a divorce proceeding; [This is one of my specialties, working with divorce and mortgage finance]
(4) the refinance of a lien against a homestead, including a federal tax lien resulting from the tax debt of both spouses, if the homestead is a family homestead, or from the tax debt of the owner;
(5) work and material used in constructing new improvements thereon, if contracted for in writing, or work and material used to repair or renovate existing improvements thereon if…..
(6) an extension of credit that:
(A) is secured by a voluntary lien on the homestead created under a written agreement with the consent of each owner and each owner’s spouse….
[THIS IS THE FAMOUS TEXAS HOME EQUITY OR TEXAS CASH OUT MORTGAGE LOAN]
(7) a reverse mortgage; or
(8) the conversion and refinance of a personal property lien secured by a manufactured home to a lien on real property…
DO YOU SEE ANYTHING on this exhaustive list that gives judges ANY ROOM to seize a homestead, disposess its owner of it, sell it through your crony receivers at an exorbitant fee, require that it be financed with your favored crony mortgage loan officers, putting the net proceeds in the "court registry" and feeding your corrupt lawyers as they come to your bench seeking favors and fees which you give them from these homestead proceeds.
I don't see ANY allowable lien on a homestead property that gives the state (the courts) the right to seize it.
Let me help you. This part of the Texas Constitution applies especially to the courts and the apparatus of government.
Bill Harris, Cynthia Terry and other judges in Tarrant County are going to cost the county many millions of dollars which will be paid when a growing army of aggrieved divorced citizens finally kick your ass in the court system that you think you own and gives you immunity. You will pay for your crimes or Texas and this country will never be a just and lawful society.
We The Flippin' People are tired of your criminality. You're dumber than a bag of doorknobs. You haven't learned anything since law school. You don't pay attention to the Continuing Legal Education other than to learn new tricks you can play on the system (like how to convert your fees to cash by disquising them as child support).
I'm a Republican and I'm quit pi**ed that these are Republican judges. Not that the Democrats are any better. But, it's impossible that anyone could be any worse. You are working overtime to turn Tarrant County blue. When a red-blooded, scalding hot conservative says that he'd vote for a democrat over you, it's time to wake up.
Leslie Barrows Firm, P.C. Top Attorneys, you're running for judge in the Tarrant County Family Court. I've done my best to defend you and speak well of you. What say you? How will you handle a situation like this if you are elected? Will you rob citizens of their homes just because you can? Voters need to know if you will continue this shameful legacy of corruption or if you will tell every "officer" of the court to take a hike when they twist and pervert justice. Take a stand. Please. Do the right thing.
