The 50 year mortgage idea has been thrown out, but a new proposal is in !

PORTABLE MORTGAGES!

This would let homeowners take their current low rate with them when they move instead of giving it up and starting a new loan at today’s higher rates.

It could help people who feel stuck in their homes and could open more inventory if moving becomes more affordable.

Still just a proposal, but definitely something to watch! 😉
