Elevate With Enbody šŸŽ™Elevate With Enbody is a podcast for professionals who want to grow with the times—without losing who they are.

We keep it real, fun, and honest as we talk about what actually works in sales & marketing today.

10/16/2026

You say you want to grow your business. Get in shape. Build a better life.

Show me your Tuesday.

Your goals tell people what you want. Your calendar tells the truth about what you're willing to do to get it.

Before you audit everyone else's effort, discipline, or commitment, take a hard look at your own.

Your calendar has been keeping score the entire time.

Does your schedule reflect the life you say you want?

10/15/2026

Want to know why you're not as successful as you want to be? Start by looking at your calendar.

The most successful loan officers, realtors, and sales professionals don't just talk about what they want to accomplish. They schedule it—and then they execute.

šŸ” Setting appointments
šŸ“ž Reaching out to past clients
šŸ¤ Meeting new people
šŸ“ˆ Conducting mortgage health checks

And before you say, ā€œBut the rates are too highā€¦ā€ remember this: A phone call isn't just about today's interest rate. It's about building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and staying top of mind.

That simple check-in could uncover a move, a new buyer, or a referral you never would have known about otherwise.

Stop focusing on what you can't control. Start taking advantage of what you can.

Here's your challenge: Pull up your calendar. Does it reflect the business you say you want?

šŸ‘‡ Drop a comment: Is your calendar setting you up for success, or is it time to make some changes?

Your calendar doesn’t lie. It keeps the receipts.

You say you want to grow your business. Build better relationships. Get healthier. Spend more time with your spouse and kids.

But does your calendar reflect any of that?

Because your goals tell me what you want. Your calendar tells me what you're actually doing about it.

And being busy doesn't mean you're being productive.

Before you blame the market, the leads, the company, or anyone else for your results, take a hard look at how you're spending your time.

How many calls did you make? How many follow-ups did you complete? How many relationships did you strengthen? How much time did you spend doing the things that actually move the needle?

This isn't about working more hours. It's about being honest about the hours you already have.

In Episode 112, we're talking about the gap between intention and action, why your calendar may be telling a different story than you are, and how a simple 7-day calendar audit can help you get back on track.

Here's your challenge:

šŸ“… Open your calendar for the next seven days and ask yourself:

What do I say matters?
Where does it show up?
What needs to move?
Behavior over intention. Every single time.

šŸŽ™ļø Watch the latest episodešŸ‘‡ and ask yourself one question:

If I showed you my Tuesday, would you believe my goals?

Drop a šŸ’Æ in the comments if you're ready to take an honest look at your calendar.

Keep elevating your business and your brand.

šŸ‘‹ Hey everyone! If we haven’t met yet, let me introduce myself!

I’m Tim Enbody, and I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 25+ years. At this stage of my career, my primary focus is helping other mortgage professionals succeed—sharing what I’ve learned, supporting their growth, and helping them navigate this crazy (but rewarding!) industry. There’s a lot more to me than mortgages, though. šŸ˜‰

I’m blessed with a beautiful family and a loving wife, and when I’m not in the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with them (unless I'm hunting or fishing!)

A few other things you should know about me:
🄤 I have a serious appreciation for a COLD White Monster.
šŸŽ£ I’d almost always rather be outdoors.
šŸ£ I recently discovered sushi… and I’m officially hooked. Get it? šŸ˜‚

With a bunch of new faces joining me lately, I figured it was time for a little re-introduction. Thanks for following along and being part of the journey!

Now that you know a little about me, tell me something about YOU! šŸ‘‡

One of the smartest networking strategies I’ve learned: have a regular meeting spot.

Become a regular at a great coffee shop, restaurant, or other local spot. Get to know the staff. Treat them well. Tip well. Over time, you create a little home-field advantage.

But the real benefit isn’t just that they know your name.

It’s the time you get back.

Instead of spending 20–30 minutes driving to one meeting, another 20–30 minutes driving to the next, and then heading back to the office, you can stack meetings in one location.

One meeting ends. The next one begins.

Less time behind the wheel. More time with people.

That’s not about being busier. It’s about being smarter with the time you’ve already invested in your business.

From Michael Maher’s The Seven Levels of Communication.

šŸš— Don’t drive past three relationships just to get to one meeting.

If you’re already driving 30 minutes for a meeting, why not make the most of the trip?

Before you go, ask:

šŸ‘‰ Who do I know nearby?
šŸ‘‰ Who should I know nearby?
šŸ‘‰ Who haven’t I seen in a while?

Maybe it’s a prospect, an old client, or someone you’ve been meaning to grab coffee with.

You’re already making the drive. Stack the meetings.

It’s not about cramming more sales pitches into your day. It’s about being intentional with your time and your relationships.

In my latest episode, I break down the ā€œnetworking stack,ā€ how I’m putting it into practice, and how a simple shift in planning can turn one meeting into multiple opportunities.

šŸŽ™ļø Watch/listen herešŸ‘‡

Don’t just see your next meeting as a destination. See it as a radius of opportunity.

You already have a brand.

The question is: Is it the brand you want?

A former classmate called me out of the blue after 25 years. She wasn’t looking for a mortgage company. She called me.

That’s when it hit me:

Your brand isn’t your logo.
It isn’t your website.
It isn’t your headshot.
It isn’t your follower count.

Your brand is what people have learned to expect from you.

For me, that means building relationships, connecting good people with good people, teaching, recruiting, and creating opportunities—even when I’m not the one who gets paid.

I like to say I’m a farmer of opportunities.

But maybe the better way to say it is:

I farm relationships. Opportunity is the harvest.

You don’t get to declare your brand. Other people confirm it.

So ask yourself: What have people learned to expect from you?

09/25/2026

She didn’t need a loan. She needed a plan.

Instead of asking, ā€œHow can I turn this into a deal?ā€ I asked, ā€œWhat does she need?ā€

That one mindset shift turned one conversation into seven potential referral opportunities.

Help people first. The opportunities follow.

You already have a brand.

The question is: Is it the brand you want?

You can call yourself an expert. You can write the perfect LinkedIn bio. You can spend thousands on marketing and tell everyone you deliver amazing service.

But your brand isn’t what you say you are.

It’s what other people consistently experience—and ultimately, what they say about you when you’re not in the room.

That’s why I think of myself as a farmer of relationships.

I build. I recruit. I teach. I connect good people with good people.

And sometimes, the best opportunity isn’t the one I keep. It’s the one I give away.

Because when you consistently create value for people, opportunity becomes the harvest.

So ask yourself:

What is my brand actually known for?

And more importantly…

Is that what I want it to be known for?
