Projects like this happen when strong partners come together around a shared vision.

Yesterday, we celebrated the groundbreaking of the Froebel Place redevelopment in Muskegon, which will transform the historic Froebel School into 46 new affordable housing apartment homes. We're proud to partner with Samaritas Affordable Living, Garrett Family Community Partners, Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, and ChoiceOne Bank on a project that will create lasting impact for the community while preserving a local landmark.

Special thank you to Emily Cauzillo, the Mercantile Community Partners Director for helping us celebrate! We look forward to celebrating again at the ribbon cutting.

Mercantile employees were proud to roll up their sleeves for Heart of West Michigan United Way's Day of Caring, helping make a difference through hands on work in our community.

It was a meaningful afternoon spent supporting Ele's Place - West Michigan, who provides meaningful support to ensure that no child or teen grieves alone. Thank you Ele's Place and United Way for all that you do!

Merc volunteers and family members came together for an Adopt A Highway Litter Removal Service of America cleanup along M-44 in Belding earlier this week. Their efforts resulted in the collection of 11 bags of litter and the removal of a queen-size box spring from the roadside.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to help keep our community clean, safe, and beautiful. Small acts of service like these make a big difference!
