One of my favorite parts of being a mortgage lender is helping people realize they may be much closer to homeownership than they think.

I started working with this buyer back in March.

At the time, he wasn't able to qualify because of some credit Issues.

Instead of telling him no, I put together a game plan.

He followed the plan perfectly and in just three months raised his credit scores by over 70 points.

Now he's under contract to buy his first home.

If you've been putting off buying a home because you're worried about your credit, don't count yourselt out.

Sometimes all you need is the right guidance to get you there.
