Update on foreclosure purchase: old owner agreed to vacate by 8/31 but failed to do so. Attorney filed for court eviction on 9/3, and court ruled in favor of eviction on 9/10. The owner must vacate before 9/16 or face forcible removal by the Constable. More before and after pics will be shared once possession is gained. Not all foreclosures are this challenging.

Closed yesterday on this one with a buyer who found me from a listing I had for the property. We're looking to do some more deals together now as he's in TX so allows us to tackle 2 states together! He also picked up the old owner that lost the house in foreclosure as his new tenant....so in the end it was a WIN-WIN-WIN! 🤩
